RIKING's year-end review for 2024

Recently, the "Beneficial Owner Information Filing Guide (First Edition)" (hereinafter referred to as the "Guide") has been released. This "Guide" serves as a complementary document to the "Beneficial Owner Information Management Measures" (hereinafter referred to as the "Management Measures"), providing guidance for the filing of beneficial owner information.

Recently, the 2024 China Financial Technology Innovation and Application Bund Summit and the 5th Yangtze River Delta Financial Technology Innovation and Application Global Competition Finals were successfully held in Shanghai. RIKING won the "2024 FinTech Emerging Enterprise Award" for its intelligent regulatory reporting solution "IntelliReg," which is based on large models.

Recently, RIKING once again won the trust of a rural commercial bank and joined hands to open a new era of second-generation credit project cooperation. In this cooperation, the two parties will focus on multiple credit investigation business areas such as credit inquiry performance optimization, new batch query mechanism, and asynchronous processing of feedback packets, aiming to significantly improve the efficiency of credit inquiry and data reporting of the rural commercial bank in the whole bank, and jointly draw a new blueprint for financial technology cooperation.

Recently, RIKING signed a cooperation agreement with a foreign-funded corporate bank on "Unified Regulatory Data Report and Trusted Zone Services". As one of the first foreign-funded corporate banks to participate in the construction of "One-Form", RIKING has won bids for several foreign-funded corporate bank One-Form projects in a row, highlighting the product's "hard power" and solid reputation in the industry.

PBOC National SME Cashflow Credit Information Sharing Platform are online

On October 28, Hong Kong FinTech Week, one of Asia's largest fintech events, was held at the AsiaWorld-Expo in Hong Kong. With the theme of "Lighting up a New Channel for FinTech", this year's Hong Kong FinTech Week attracted more than 30,000 representatives from more than 100 economies.RIKING was invited to attend the event to meet with global industry leaders from the banking, securities, investment, insurance and technology sectors to jointly promote the development of financial technology.

Recently, in accordance with the needs of financial statistics, the People's Bank of China (hereinafter referred to as "PBOC") has added new statistical indicators related to the structure of deposit maturities, and issued the preliminary notice for Form A1413 "Deposit Maturity Structure and Related Business Situation Form" (hereinafter referred to as the "Notice"). The PBOC has also required banks to strengthen the quality management of data at the source. The "Notice" specifies the scope of deposit business for report collection, validation relationships, reporting arrangements, and various requirements for the quality management of source data.
