In accordance with the Notice on Data Interface Specification of theAnti-Money Laundering On-site Inspection of Banking Financial Institutions(Trial) [YinFa NO.300, 2017] issued by PBOC, the AML On-site Inspection Projectrequired by PBOC will be implemented from March 1, 2018. And all the relatedbanking financial institutions are asked to improve and optimize their businesssystem and relevant AML system according to the requirement of this interfacespecification, to be ready for this on-site inspection.
As the time limitfor this on-site inspection is very urgent and in order to help the bank todeal with the AML OIS work well, RIKING has emergently formed a professionalteam to interpret the interface specification stated in this Notice carefully and designed the systemaccording to the requirements of this specification. Finally, the correspondingsolution, the Anti-Money Laundering On-site Inspection System developedindependently by RIKING, is worked out.
Once this Systemwas available, it aroused a strong reaction in the regulatory market. By far,over 10 financial institutions have bought this System from RIKING.
On April 18, 2018, with its rich experience and good reputation infinancial regulatory field over the years, RIKING has emerged from many biddersand won the bidding of AML OIS Project for Tai Fung Bank.
