Functions & Feathers

  • Report integration

Unlike the traditional report dimension of page splitting, the centralized account management system has undergone a new design based on user experience, summarizing and refining the submitted content, and presenting it in the account dimension. The operation page contains account information, account inquiry information, and image information, which are displayed on the same screen for easy user verification. At the same time, the system can trigger corresponding messages to complete interaction with the People's Bank of China based on different user operations and account status. Users no longer need to memorize the message content and submission requirements, and all account submissions require a one-stop solution.

  • Process Customization

Considering the different types of accounts and the differences in account management requirements across regions, the centralized account management system supports multiple customized business processes to meet the differentiated account management needs of banks. The platform supports the full process configuration and automation of account business, from account admission management, account information collection, to business in-process review, and continuous monitoring afterwards, covering the entire life cycle of the account, improving the quality of bank account management, and reducing various risks related to the account.

  • Image informatization

The biggest change in the upgrade of the pedestrian system this time is the informatization of the image information exchange process. From the original offline part of the process to the form of paper document interaction, it has been adjusted to the access institution interacting with the pedestrian imaging platform through online interfaces. Considering the requirements for image information format and storage in various account information submission scenarios, the centralized account management system can provide functions such as image compression and transcoding, image storage, and custom image type archiving, providing users with more convenient image information services.

  • Notification comprehensiveness

The centralized account management system supports multiple types, forms, and highly editable notification methods, including platform page notifications, email notifications, SMS notifications, etc. Through the notification function, real-time, efficient, and accurate synchronization of PBC notifications, to-do tasks, risk warnings, abnormal situations, and other content with relevant users is achieved, assisting bank users in timely and comprehensive understanding of the system and business processing situation, and making response strategies as soon as possible.

  • Data visualization

As the foundation for conducting business and the carrier of assets and funds, accounts are one of the most important links in banking business. As a management platform for account data, the centralized account management system can not only meet the needs of business processing and risk control, but also quickly develop and configure visual data views based on the usage needs of various account data within the bank, helping banks fully tap into the potential of data, release data efficiency, and achieve business empowerment.

  • Business Optimization

Through the unified management of software, the operating cost and maintenance cost can be greatly reduced. The automatic processing process can replace the manual processing process, to improve users' work efficiency and guarantee the accuracy and standardization of data and reduce the error rate at the same time.

Meanwhile, we can help you optimize the regulatory reporting business process and update the system in accordance with the latest regulations issued by relevant regulatory authorities.
