• Regulatory Requirement

    On December 29, 2017, PBOC urgently issued the (YinFa NO.300, 2017) and (YinFa NO.301, 2017). The two notices definitely required banks and non-bank payment institutions, before February 28, 2018, to improve and optimize their business system and relevant AML system in accordance with the requirement of the interface specification, to be ready for this on-site inspection which will be implemented by PBOC from March 1, 2018.

    For the AML on-site inspection program organized by June 30, 2018, relevant institutions shall provide the data within 20 days; For the AML on-site inspection program organized after July 1, 2018, relevant institutions shall provide the data within 10 days.
